KaMilo 329 is a brand new (construction completed in 2016) 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath single story resort home. The Hoku B home model is the largest available floor plan in the KaMilo community with 2,474 sf of living space, including 627 sq. ft. of covered outdoor lanai space. This single-story detached home features a private pool (unheated) and hot tub with fully retractable pocket doors for island-style living at its best. The floor plan has an open-concept feel with three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main house. Unique to this floor plan, it also offers a detached guesthouse (Ohana) with 1 bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The master, second bedroom and the Ohana each have a king size bed and the third bedroom has a two twin-size beds. For your ultimate comfort, all of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's and private bathrooms. The home is furnished with designer pieces in a crisp modern-tropical aesthetic. KaMilo 329 is located on the most private row of homes within the community with lovely views of the golf course and mountain landscapes. Taking luxury and convenience to new heights, guests may also rent the 4-bedroom home next door (KaMilo 331) for two side-by-side vacation homes that check all the boxes. Amenities include a private pool & hot tub, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. KaMilo is comprised of single-family & paired homes on the Mauna Lani Resort and offers the best of both worlds with private vacation homes where you can relax and unwind, plus a community recreation center that will exceed your expectations. All guests who stay at KaMilo at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal facilities which includes an adults-only lap pool, a state-of-the-art private gym, an adults-only hot plunge and shower facilities. There is a second, larger family pool with a shallow end for small children, a hot tub and a large pavilion area with community gas BBQ's (reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts). As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. On-site check-in office is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. KaMilo at Mauna Lani is still under development and a rental of a unit (depending on location), may be subject to intermittent construction nearby in the future. South Kohala Management does not have access to the expected completion schedule for these projects nor can we guarantee that a unit will not be impacted by noise from future projects.
