Sales Telemarketer Responsibilities:
Promoting the company's products and services
Meets and surpasses sales quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by asking for surveys/feedback, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Customer service, selling, negotiating, influencing, analysis and decision-making, management skills
Understanding of Sales and Marketing and able to grasp the following areas of knowledge: the business environment, product knowledge, and financial awareness.
Ability to continuously make high volume of outbound calls
Proficient knowledge and use of English grammar for written and verbal communications
Microsoft Office, G Suite, or similar
Experience in management is a plus
